The by-laws as originally posted on the site had two errors. One, they failed to show the terms of the board members correctly. The terms have *always* been for two years. They alternate, as follows:

I. Berkshire county - elected in odd years
II. Franklin county - elected in odd years
III. Hampden county - elected in even years
IV. Hampshire county- elected in even years
V. Worcester county - elected in even years
At-Large - elected in odd years

Second, the language concerning the At-large board member was in the wrong place. I moved it to the correct location.

In recent years, the execution of the By-Laws has been in error. Officers (President, VP, Clerk, Treasurer) are nominated and elected by Board members, not by the general membership. The general membership elects the Board. --Posted by Paris Finley
